These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of CBalgo's website, subscriptions, desktop software, trading-related technology, documentation and related services.
1. Operator
CBalgo is operated by CBTech Solution, at Shop No. 2, Extn. Scheme, Pali Road, Jodhpur – 342001, Rajasthan, India. Contact: helpdesk@cbalgo.com, 0291-2721416.
2. Eligibility
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and ordinarily at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and broker/exchange rules.
3. Nature of Services
CBalgo provides trading technology and software workflows that may include structured market information, trade opportunities, user controls, subscription features, desktop software and broker-connected execution functionality. Features may vary by plan, instrument, broker, device and technical availability.
CBalgo does not guarantee profit, avoidance of loss, order execution, accuracy, availability or any particular investment result.
4. Regulatory Status
CBalgo will display any regulatory registration, exchange empanelment or authorization only where it is valid and applicable. Users should independently verify any published registration details with the relevant authority.
5. Account Security
Users must protect passwords, API credentials, access tokens and authentication factors. Suspected compromise should be reported to helpdesk@cbalgo.com.
6. Third-Party Services
Brokers, exchanges, payment gateways, market-data providers and other third parties operate independently. Their outages, rejections, delays, rate limits and policy changes may affect functionality.
7. Trading and Execution Risks
Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled or executed at different prices due to volatility, liquidity, market gaps, connectivity, broker/exchange controls, API latency or system conditions. Users remain responsible for monitoring their broker account, orders, positions and margin.
8. Subscription and Billing
Plan duration, features, access and usage limits are shown at purchase. Fixed-term subscriptions expire at the end of the purchased term unless auto-renewal is expressly offered and accepted. Taxes, including GST where applicable, are charged as required by law.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not reverse engineer, bypass access controls, distribute unauthorized copies, resell credentials, interfere with systems, use the Services for unlawful market activity, or attempt to obtain proprietary source code or internal logic.
11. Intellectual Property
The CBalgo brand, software, user interface, documentation and proprietary technology are owned by or licensed to CBTech Solution. A subscription grants only a limited right to use the Services during the authorized period.
12. Availability and Changes
Services may be updated, maintained, suspended or modified for security, regulatory, broker/API, operational or product reasons. Uninterrupted availability is not promised.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBalgo and CBTech Solution will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from market movements, trading losses, broker/exchange actions, third-party outages, connectivity failures or user decisions. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
14. Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory legal forums and consumer rights, disputes are subject to the courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
